We recommend that users put the safety of themselves, their horses and others, first at all times. If professionals featured in Equestrian Clinics videos, for instance, do not wear helmets when they are riding, this in no way implies that we endorse these practices. Member Responsibilities

When registering at the site for the first time, you must select a user name. Each user name will be unique. We have the right to refuse granting any user name that impersonates someone else’s, or that we feel is inappropriate. After initial login, you may choose your own password. We are not responsible for any user impersonating you on the site. If you have concerns or feel you are being impersonated please notify us at info@equestrianclinics.com. You may not share your login with anyone else. The membership is for one individual per subscription.


Failure to comply may result in your immediate removal from the site.

Member Conduct

Your conduct when using the site should reflect an appropriate respect and consideration for the other members of the site. The information you provide in postings will be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You should demonstrate appropriate respect for other members who have made postings. A posting shall not be a personal attack. If you disagree with an opinion set forth in another member’s posting, feel free to challenge that opinion with a posting of your own. Remember you may have to defend yourself in a court of law so think before you post.

You agree to abide by a Code of Conduct by which you will not:

Member Subscriptions

In order to view videos, you must subscribe to a monthly membership. The monthly rate is listed in the checkout and will not be changed unless notified. Your credit card will be charged automatically each month until cancelled. Contact cancel@equestrianclinics.com and your subscription will be cancelled beginning the next month. Refunds are not given once the reoccurring billing is initiated but you may cancel moving forward at any time. There is no long-term commitment. Once you sign up for membership, you will be sent an email that contains a link to login and a temporary password. Login and change your password to whatever you wish for future logins.

Indemnification

User shall indemnify and hold harmless Lucas Sound & Vision, Inc. dba Equestrian Clinics, their parents, divisions, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns (including featured trainers and authors), and the respective owners, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees of each from all liability, actions, claims, demands, losses or damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees) caused by or arising out of any and all material contained on the website and in material offered for sale in the Store.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Equestrian Clinics uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website.

Equestrian Clinics is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

“Personal information collected by Equestrian Clinics is for the primary purpose of membership requirements, newsletter distribution, and order fulfillment.
 It will not be released for any form of commercial gain and will be maintained in a secure location as per the requirements of the Privacy Act.”

DVD Terms and Conditions

Copyright: The motion pictures contained in the Equestrian Clinics DVD and streaming on the website are protected under the copyright laws of the United States. These disc are sold for home use only and all other rights are expressly reserved by the copyright holder, Lucas Sound & Vision, Inc. Any copying, editing, or public performance of such motion pictures is strickly prohibited and may subject the offender to civil liability and severe criminal penalties.

Indemnification: Contents of the DVD are the sole opinion of the trainer. Equestrian Clinics is not responsible for the accuracy of the information included in the DVD. Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless Lucas Sound & Vision, Inc. dba Equestrian Clinics, their parents, divisions, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, and the respective owners, officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees of each from all liability, actions, claims, demands, losses or damages (including reasonable attorney’s fees) caused by or arising out of any and all material contained on the DVDs and website.

Returns: If you receive a defective DVD or one that is damaged in shipping, contact us within 5 business days of receipt at info@equestrianclinics.com. Ship the damaged DVD to our office at 6368 W. 80th Street, Westchester, CA 90045. Within 5-7 days of receipt of the damaged DVD, we will replace the damaged DVD at no cost to you.

Equestrian Clinics is not responsible for lost returns in the mail. Shipping with an assigned tracking number to ensure receipt is hightly recommended.

Unless an item is damaged, all sales are final.
